War on Drugs (#619)

     A small shop owner is cleaning up the wreckage of a mistaken police raid. His new air conditioner doubled his electric bill, and a computer decided he was growing marijuana indoors.
     
     PROFESSOR: "Who are the real addicts in the War on Drugs? The drug addicts, who could be treated medically, or the control addicts who would rather tap phones and invade small countries? Sure they have wholesome capitalistic motives like drug profits and kickbacks and keeping an eye on the underclass. But they also have a basic *biological* inability to mind their own business."
