     An assortment of miniature fruit and nut tartes form a gleaming mosaic on the gilded plate.
The warm scent of pastry weaves through the multivarious fillings of the tartes.
Closing your eyes, you choose a tarte and let your teeth nibble around the edges. The shortbread crust is butter rich. The filling is a waiting mystery.
Juicy, creamy, crunchy and smooth, the tartes offer a world of variety to your tongue, as the various crusts present different shapes and textures to your fingertips.
