     Through the haze and smog that settles at this height above the city, you can somewhat make out the distinctive features of Bellona. Far below you, you can see the Crossroads. In the distance, you can see the Bridge, the river, and a cave on the far side of the riverbank. A yellow taxi, looking like an ant from this height, makes its way through the streets of the city.

You precariously lower yourself down to sit on the narrow window ledge.

EXITS:
      You peer beyond the curtain next to you, and see the chamber beyond. [ west ] Tower Chamber. You swing your legs over the wall and enter the safer chamber to the west.

This place has a certain ambiance...
     A sudden strong gust of wind almost causes to to lose your balance.
     A light breeze send a puff of smog your way, causing you to cough and hack.
