     Perhaps it was already here, and nobody bothered to tear it down; perhaps someone had it relocated here. In any case, a filling-station island stands before you. Not far away, on a tall pole, is a once-illuminated CITGO sign bearing the familiar red triangle.


You sit down next to the pumps.

You appropriate a a gasoline can from the a pile of gas cans.
You are holding a gasoline can.

You notice some details:
      Three pumps -- leaded, super leaded, and ExtraSmog. You catch a slight whiff of hydrocarbons. A prominent notice warns: NO SMOKING.

You see a plastic sign, a gargoyle and a pile of gas cans here.

EXITS:
      [ north ] Triskelion Post-Industrial Park.
      Riveted and reinforced, with a big locking handle. In tiny letters around the rim, you read 'Loompanics Survival Shelter Kit XZ-1999, piece D-12.' [ down ] AnArchie Bunker. You yank the lever, and the hatch pops open. You climb down the ladder that leads into the bunker, and the hatch automatically closes.
