     The east end of Government Street, a wide well-kept boulevard with a line of trees running through its center. The Planning Office is to the north, and the Police Station to the south.

EXITS:
      [ west ] Government Street. You walk west, brushing through the crowds of people gawking at the tall buildings. Tall spired buildings and massive skyscrapers of glass loom around you.
      [ north ] Planning Office. You walk into the planning office to the north.
      You see the police station to the south. [ south ] Police Station. You walk into the police station to the south.
      Government Street ends in Covenant Beach. [ east ] West of Covenant Beach. You walk east, leaving behind Government Street and the tall skyscrapers of the town, and find yourself on a sandy beach...
